Kramer Portraits is hiring remote Appointment Setters to contact prospective clients and schedule portrait photography sessions. This is a fully remote, work‑from‑home outbound calling position working with primarily warm or interested leads. No Cold Calling Required. We are seeking confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people, building rapport quickly, and earning additional income through performance incentives.

• $20 per hour guaranteed base pay

Monday through Friday only.

• No weekend shifts required or offered.

• Up to 40 hours per week (based on KPI performance)

• Professionally represent Kramer Portraits during client interactions
• Follow up with interested leads when appropriate
• Maintain accurate notes within company systems
• Meet or exceed performance goals

• Appointment setting
• Outboard calling or call center roles
• Sales or customer engagement positions
• Warm or cold lead outreach

• Windows-based PC (Mac or Chromebook not compatible)
• Minimum 1 GB RAM
• Dedicated home office or quiet workspace
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection
• Headset for professional calling
