Healthcare RCM Inside Sales Associate; remote

• Drive new revenue by engaging prospects and channel partners from lead generation through close
• Sell products and services with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management solutions tailored to medical providers
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional in-person visits
• Assess client revenue cycle challenges and recommend appropriate solutions to improve financial performance
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related discipline; equivalent experience may substitute
• Minimum 3 years of successful inside sales experience
• Strong background in RCM sales, particularly solutions for physician practices or healthcare organizations
• Proven ability to document sales activities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes and terminology

• Experience with Practice Management, EMR, clearinghouse, or claims processing solutions
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to assess client needs effectively
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
