Eurofins PSS Insourcing has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team. We seek a professional with proven experience selling and implementing high-value sales who thrives on identifying and closing new business while caring for the client throughout the process.
This is a hybrid role working remotely from a home office, with travel locally and within the region for prospect and client meetings, plus full days at client sites to maximize networking and relationship building opportunities.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record and be comfortable engaging with high-level decision makers, including C-Suite. This role will manage the strategic sales process from identifying client needs to presenting solutions and managing the implementation of new programs.

Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to diversify offerings and client base.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the strategic sales process: identify client needs, define and present solutions, and oversee implementation of new programs.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address client requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop action plans to achieve KPIs and sales goals and negotiate contracts as needed.
Basic
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of consultative sales experience selling professional services, preferably in life sciences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient at closing sales and maintaining client relationships
- Experience with prospecting and traveling up to 75% locally
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling in staffing, in sourcing and/or laboratory services
- Experience using a CRM
- Experience leading and managing projects
- Book of business within the biopharma industry
Target compensation: $85k – $110k
