Distribution Sales Manager - Luxury Audio

We are now seeking a Distribution Sales Manager – Luxury Audio to lead and grow our distribution markets across key markets across Europe.

About the Role

This is a territory-based position with responsibility across multiple European markets. You will own and drive all sales revenues within your assigned territory, acting as the primary point of contact for exclusive distribution partners.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute tailored market strategies, ensuring distribution partners align with agreed commercial plans and brand standards.

This role combines commercial ownership, partner management, training, and in-market execution.

What You Will Do
  • Significant experience in distribution sales
    , ideally in specialist or premium audio.
  • International sales exposure across multiple markets.
  • Strong B2B commercial experience.
  • Experience managing distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the assigned distribution network
    .
  • Own revenue performance and growth within your territory.
  • Set and monitor market targets.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Ensure distribution partners meet agreed commercial commitments.
  • Deliver training to distributor teams on Luxury Audio products and technologies.
  • Execute sales events in collaboration with distributor dealer networks.
  • Maintain relationships with key retail stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with Luxury Audio sales policies.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Results-driven and commercially focused.
  • Comfortable owning revenue targets.
  • Structured in your approach to market management.
  • Skilled at building long-term distribution partnerships.
  • Capable of balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

  • Up to 60% travel required.
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the EU/UK.
  • Valid EU/UK driving licence required.
