What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and maintaining existing client relationships
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while managing a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop territory expansion plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute advertising campaigns and present compelling proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in local sales, preferably in advertising or media sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for at least 3 consecutive years
  • Strong pipeline management skills with experience maintaining a 3x+ pipeline coverage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related sales field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Proven success in generating new business and managing client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
