My Sports Dietitian, Inc. is building a modern fueling and performance platform for athletes, tactical/service populations, and adult wellness clients. Our flagship product, the Eat 2 Win app, helps users follow structured nutrition programs, track key habits, and stay consistent through simple action steps, streaks/rewards, and practical guidance. We pair the technology with real sports dietitians for individualized support (including pathways into 1:1 services).

Our SaaS platform, Sports Nutri Pros , enables organizations and dietitians to manage and deliver programs through the app at scale.

Sports Dietitian — Regional Growth Partner (Sales + Insurance‑Billable Service)

Territory: Gulf South (LA–MS–AL–GA) |
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor |
Pay: Commission-Only (Two Layers)

My Sports Dietitian (MSD) helps athletes and teams “Win from Within” through real sports dietitians and a modern platform: the Eat 2 Win app for athletes and Sports Nutri Pros (our team/organization management portal).

We’re hiring a licensed RD/RDN who wants to combine territory sales + account servicing
. This role is virtual‑first
, with in‑person sales and servicing encouraged within reasonable travel time.

• Sell Sports Nutri Pros  subscriptions to schools, teams, clubs, performance facilities, and related organizations in LA/MS/AL/GA
• Run discovery calls + product demos (virtual and in‑person as feasible)
• Convert trials into paid organizational subscriptions
• Service your accounts post‑sale: onboarding, rollout, adoption, retention/renewal support
• Deliver/coordinate team nutrition support as contracted (education sessions, Q&As, program guidance)
• Provide insurance‑billable 1:1 nutrition visits via Fay Nutrition for eligible athletes connected to your organizations (as appropriate)
• Maintain pipeline activity and follow‑up cadence using MSD systems and approved materials

Who you’ll work with (buyers/partners):

Athletic Directors, Coaches, Athletic Trainers, Strength Coaches, Sports Medicine/Performance Directors, performance facilities, and aligned healthcare partners.

• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) in good standing
• Reside in one of these states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia or Florida
• 3+ years servicing athletic teams as a Sports Dietitian at the high school, college, or professional level
• Must be able to bill insurance via Fay Nutrition or similar platform
• Comfortable with sales: outreach, discovery, demos, follow‑up, and closing
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliable follow‑through
• Ability to travel locally/regionally within reasonable limits for in‑person opportunities

Preferred:

• RD Licensed Required; CSSD credential preferred
• Existing network with schools/teams, ATs, strength coaches, sports medicine, or performance facilities
• Experience working with teams/athletes/parents/coaches
• Service‑based sales experience required

Two-layer earning model: sales commissions + service earnings (strong revenue upside)

Virtual‑first role with flexibility; optional in‑person growth within reasonable travel range

Sales training + support (talk tracks, objections, process, coaching)

MSD‑provided assets : decks, scripts, messaging, and platform tools (Sports Nutri Pros  + Eat 2 Win)

Lead support : MSD will provide additional leads and sales support (as available; not guaranteed)

Commission opportunities (service):

• Up to 40% on eligible service contracts/leads pursued through sourced leads (details defined per contract)
• 100% provider payout for eligible 1:1 athlete leads originating within your organizations via Fay Nutrition or similar platform (subject to Fay platform rules/fees, if any)
