Client Success Consultant - Assistant Solutions

Must reside in the Atlanta, GA area – Work at Home Opportunity.

Job Type: Full‑time.

Salary: $60,000 base + commission.

Job Purpose

The focus of this role is to develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of our services and solutions. CSCs keep current clients satisfied, deliver exceptional service, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a strategic consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Represent BELAY positively and professionally in all virtual and in‑person interactions.
  • Exemplify BELAY’s core values, mission, and vision daily.
  • Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
  • Communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C‑level.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide strategic guidance.
  • Develop and present action plans, follow up on implementation, and ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Maintain current and accurate documentation in the cloud‑based CRM and other tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights and recommendations that enhance client experience.
  • Conduct routine account reviews with Client Relations Manager to identify sales opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Manage crisis situations using problem‑solving and emotional intelligence.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Motivated self‑starter, positive thinker, loyal, trustworthy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and technological skills.
  • Team player willing to “roll‑up the shirt sleeves” for projects.
  • High degree of autonomy; comfortable with remote video and phone communication.
  • Experience in client‑facing environments; ability to build relational, intuitive connections.
Working Conditions

BELAY is a virtual company; work from home full‑time in a dedicated and secure workspace. Standard business hours are Monday–Friday. Some roles may require travel.
