Your Day-to-DayConduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom
Clearly explain available supplemental benefit options
Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up support
Maintain accurate documentation using cloud-based systems
Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
