We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our Success team  a Sales Development Representative, you will connect with and educate clients and qualify leads. The ideal candidate is excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with our existing customers.

Austin, Texas and Tampa, Florida – in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, plus 5 days during month end. (Berlin office available)

• Work along with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs.
• Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence, and overcome objections.
• Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted, and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately.
• Bring enthusiasm and energy to work.
• Other duties as needed.

• You have excellent verbal communication skills.
• You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys working in an international environment.
• You have a proven record of meeting minimum outbound call targets and/or call time goals.
• You are organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills.
• You are proficient with technology.
• You are able to multi‑task with several tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks.
