Uncapped Commission | High Income Potential

TCG Impact is expanding and adding high-performance sales professionals to our team.

If you have experience in canvassing, direct sales, outside sales, or commission sales, this opportunity is built for high performers.

You have the option to work:

• ✅ Door-to-Door (D2D)
• ✅ Remote Telesales (Work From Home)
• ✅ Hybrid Model

You choose how you sell.

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Commission-Based
• Average $600 paid commission per close
• Commissions are typically paid within 24 hours of carrier approval
• Uncapped income
• Performance bonuses available
• Leadership override income available

If you close 2 deals per week, six days per week, that’s approximately $7,200/week in paid commissions.

Your production determines your income.
