Role Summary

The Role:

Evening & Weekend Sales Director at The Investor's Edge
Close high‑ticket real‑estate investment programs over phone/Zoom. Work evenings and weekends (2 out of
3). Earn $36K base + uncapped commissions averaging $100K–$150K+.

  • 2+ years B2C high‑ticket phone sales experience
  • CRM skills
  • Proven track record with $3K+ programs

Hours and Schedule (MST)
  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • You’ll work a 5‑day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • You’ll keep your calendar open nights and weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre‑scheduled appointments and live‑transfer calls.

You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week. Each pre‑scheduled set is 2‑hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11–12 hours of talk time for pre‑set. This does not include live transfers.

When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 minutes during set hours.
