What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop executive-level relationships within your designated territory
  • Manage customer engagements from prospecting and qualification to closing sales
  • Execute a solution-based sales process in complex sales campaigns
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to generate new business
  • Champion and embody the company's cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
  • Proven experience selling in complex environments, preferably within the Public Sector
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Proficiency in cold calling and generating outreach, with a passion for building relationships
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and accurate forecasting methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Awards for top sales achievement (such as President’s Club or Top 10%)
  • Experience with public speaking to executive-level audiences
  • Passion for closing large, complex deals
