Account Manager – Commercial Account Manager – Remote (Central Time Zone Required)

Our client is a boutique insurance brokerage firm that helps businesses and individuals protect themselves against financial loss from unexpected events by finding appropriate insurance coverage and managing risk.

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support a new book of business.

• The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a proprietary insurance book of business for women’s healthcare Med Spa and medical malpractice clients, handling day-to-day service, renewals, and client satisfaction.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client servant attitude mindset
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Experience in insurance account management
• Proficiency in CRM software – Hawksoft Agency Management System knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Been a commercial insurance account manager for at least 2+ years
• Currently must have an active insurance license in Property & Casualty

This role is 100% remote work from home with 10 days PTO. Our client offers a competitive $80k base (flexible/negotiable based on experience).
