Role Description

This contract-based hybrid role as the Office Account Manager is located in the Central Florida, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with the sales and production teams, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient order processing. The manager will also guide clients in selecting appropriate promotional products, maintain accurate records, negotiate pricing, and seek to exceed customer expectations through efficient communication and project management.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • Skills in Negotiation, Sales Support, and Professional Communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflows, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office software
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in the promotional products or related industry is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
