What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the development of new and existing end-user customers focusing on the packaging portfolio, particularly in Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets
  • Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to identify new opportunities
  • Set and achieve sales goals utilizing available resources and strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel throughout the buying process to meet territory sales objectives
  • Contribute to the development of growth targets that align with business plans for enhanced territory penetration
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Three (3) years of Field Sales Experience independently managing a specified territory
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools ( preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
  • Technical/mechanical understanding relevant to the industry
  • Ability to leverage financial data to drive sales
  • Current employment with the employer's ISMC team
