Route Sales Representative

As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing uniform and facility products to customers along a scheduled route. Your day-to-day tasks will include building strong relationships with customers, upselling additional products or services, ensuring timely deliveries, and resolving customer inquiries or concerns. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Monroe, OH, which allows flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to upsell and build relationships with clients.
• Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple scheduled deliveries efficiently.
• Problem-solving and communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for route management and reporting purposes.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or delivery role is a plus but not required.
