- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K‑$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
As an Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you’ll handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
Position is remote; applicants must reside in the state of Florida.
Job Details- Handles inbound calls and warm leads.
- Consults with customers on insurance needs to recommend appropriate products.
- Creates and maintains accurate client records.
- Works remotely in a designated workspace with high‑speed internet.
- Works a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, with a mid‑morning start example 11am‑8pm CST; minimum 12 months before shift change.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- High‑speed internet requirement: minimum 100 MBps download and 20 MBps upload; no satellite or mobile services.
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
- Strong typing and PC proficiency.
- Property & Casualty license required after hire; paid training includes licensing if unlicensed.
