Position OverviewAs an Outside Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in providing customized filtration solutions and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Actively manage and expand accounts within a shared assigned territory (Primary Focus is Fort McMurray).
- Develop leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.
- Initially this will be a “hunter” heavy role which will develop into technical solutions and account management as the opportunities and solutions are endless.
- Conduct site visits, technical reviews, and walk-throughs to understand customer needs.
- Provide expert consultation on filtration products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- There is a mix of cold calls, lunch and learns, technical solution selling, customer visits both to their offices and into the field (on-site).
- 2 years Minimum of outside sales experience
, in oil & gas, filtration, or industrial B2B sales. Operators, Trades and EIT are also welcome to apply. We will train you to be a rockstar. - Preference will be given to individuals with industry and regional experience as well as a portfolio of contacts or connections.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma required;
post-secondary education preferred
. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Home Office Based, but you will be on the road and in the field 50-60% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
. - Must reside in the Lac La Biche, or Fort McMurray region.
- ONLY THOSE WITH THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONTACTED.
- You must have sales , VMI, operations or a technical background.
- Competitive compensation:Base salary + commission structure (base salary + uncapped commission on an existing and growing territory).
- Company vehicle for work-related travel.

. - Casual dress code but you will also be provided with safety gear as you will be going to site.

- This role requires occasional overnight travel (1-2 days per month).
- On the road visiting customers 2-3 days a week.
- A satisfactory pre-employment background check (employment, and/or education verification) is required for qualified candidates.
- Must reside in the Lac La Biche, or Fort McMurray region.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SELLING INTO THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY OR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
