Position: Remote ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent (Inbound Calls | Weekly Pay)

We are seekinglicensed, experienced ACA Health Insurance Sales Agentswho are comfortable handling inbound call volume in a fast-paced, structured remote environment.

This is a fully remote, commission-only positiondesigned for agents who are confident in their ability to produce consistently and operate within CMS compliance guidelines.

As a Remote ACA Sales Agent, you will:
  • Handle inbound consumer calls regarding ACA Marketplace coverage
  • Conduct compliant needs analysis and eligibility review
  • Complete applications through approved enrollment platforms (Health Sherpa)
  • Maintain strict adherence to CMS and carrier compliance requirements
  • Accurately document interactions and follow required call procedures

This is a performance-driven environment with structured workflows similar to a traditional call center — delivered directly to your home office setup.

Compensation:

$25 - $30 per closed sale

This is a commission-only role, after the training period.

Weekly commission earnings typically range from $1,500–$2,500+, depending on sales volume.

High performers who are consistent with compliance and effectuation rates have the opportunity to earn above this range.

Requirements:
  • Active 2-40 or 2-15 Health Insurance License (Florida preferred; multi-state a plus)
  • Current FFM Certification (PY 2026)
  • Comfortable managing high inbound call volume
  • Strong understanding of ACA eligibility, subsidies, and compliance guidelines
  • Professional home office setup (hardwired internet connection, headset, quiet workspace, dual monitor setup)
  • Ability to work during designated hours: 9am – 6pm
