What You'll Drive- Prospect and build relationships with commercial property managers, facilities directors, and industrial decision‑makers

- Execute a consultative sales process from initial discovery through contract signature
- Work closely with technical engineers to customize and implement BAS solutions tailored to client needs
- Develop and nurture a robust pipeline that consistently exceeds targets
- 3+ years of proven success selling Building Automation Systems, HVAC Controls, or Smart Building technology
- Deep working knowledge of direct digital controls (DDC) and modern building management platforms
- Track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals in complex, technical B2B environments
- Natural ability to connect with technical and executive stakeholders
