What You'll Drive
  • Prospect and build relationships with commercial property managers, facilities directors, and industrial decision‑makers

  • Work closely with technical engineers to customize and implement BAS solutions tailored to client needs

What We Need From You
  • 3+ years of proven success selling Building Automation Systems, HVAC Controls, or Smart Building technology
  • Deep working knowledge of direct digital controls (DDC) and modern building management platforms
  • Track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals in complex, technical B2B environments
  • Natural ability to connect with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Hunter mentality—you thrive on prospecting and closing new accounts
