We're collaborating with a market-leading building automation provider experiencing significant growth throughout the Southeast. They're seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead new business initiatives and establish strong market presence across the greater Atlanta region.
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building teams, closing complex deals, and creating sustainable revenue streams in the BAS space.
What You'll Build:- Source and develop relationships with key decision-makers across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and educational facilities
- Identify strategic opportunities for building automation system upgrades and energy efficiency implementations
- Execute a consultative, solution-based sales approach from initial prospect contact through contract signature
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to design customized BAS implementations that drive client success
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline while coaching team members on best practices
- 4+ years of direct experience selling Building Automation Systems, HVAC Controls, or Smart Building solutions
- Strong technical foundation in direct digital controls (DDC) and modern BMS platforms
- Proven sales leadership with a history of exceeding quota in complex, technical sales environments
- Strategic thinker who combines consultative selling with strong closing ability
- Natural communicator capable of influencing facility leaders and C-level executives
- Aligned with a thriving, fast-growing building controls company with solid market reputation
