• Minimum of 3 years of phone-based sales or customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Proven ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong communication skills with empathy and confidence in sales execution

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Prior experience working remotely and managing time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
