• Develop and implement enablement strategies to enhance performance within the Renewals organization
• Drive change management initiatives to support productivity throughout the renewal cycle
• Create and deliver high-impact training materials and playbooks for Renewals Account Executives (RAEs)
• Advocate for continuous development investment aligned with the unique needs of the Renewals team
• Collaborate with the Renewals Strategy team to transform analytical insights into actionable interventions

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Program Management, or related fields, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Prior experience in a sales or account management role to ensure credibility with the field
• Proven ability to coach sales leadership to drive adoption of new processes and tools
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product features effectively

• Experience in fast-paced, change-heavy environments where priorities shift quickly
• Ability to manage and align the needs of multiple cross‑functional leaders (Sales, Ops, IT)
• Familiarity with Lessonly (LMS), Showpad (CMS), and/or Jira (Project Management)
• Multi-lingual capabilities, particularly in French or Spanish
• Natural ability to mentor renewal professionals in both one‑on‑one and group settings
