• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners
• Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and related payment solutions
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demonstrations
• Partner with FI branches to identify and close new merchant accounts
• Utilize Atlas and Salesforce CRM platforms for managing pipeline activity and client data

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
• Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting
• Proven experience in relationship-driven B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
• Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience
• Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries
• High sense of urgency and self-motivation; comfortable working independently
• Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Atlas
