Position OverviewWe are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to generate new business and expand service contracts across multiple industries. This is a commission-only role ideal for a hunter who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, agencies, and corporate clients
Present and sell JMAC Group’s services, including safety consulting, inspections, flagging, escort services, and field support
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings as needed
Coordinate with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure successful service execution
Track leads, proposals, and sales activity using CRM tools
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
RequirementsQualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales (construction, safety, environmental, transportation, or related industries preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role
Existing industry contacts are a plus
CRM experience preferred
CompensationCommission-only structure
High earning potential with uncapped commissions
Paid per closed contract and/or recurring revenue (structure discussed during interview)
