Position: Sales Representative (B2B Services)

JMAC Group, LLC is a full-service environmental, safety, and field services provider operating nationwide since 2015. We support infrastructure, construction, transportation, aviation, and government clients with compliant, reliable, and safety-driven solutions, and have built a strong reputation for performance and integrity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to generate new business and expand service contracts across multiple industries. This is a commission-only role ideal for a hunter who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, agencies, and corporate clients

Present and sell JMAC Group’s services, including safety consulting, inspections, flagging, escort services, and field support

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings as needed

Coordinate with internal operations and scheduling teams to ensure successful service execution

Track leads, proposals, and sales activity using CRM tools

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements
Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales (construction, safety, environmental, transportation, or related industries preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Highly organized, self-directed, and results-driven

Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role

Existing industry contacts are a plus

CRM experience preferred

Compensation

Commission-only structure

High earning potential with uncapped commissions

Paid per closed contract and/or recurring revenue (structure discussed during interview)
