Automotive / Safety / Manufacturing About the Role Our client is looking for remote Sales Executives to generate and close new B2B business for a UK-based manufacturer of automotive safety belts and restraint systems. This is a results-only, commission-based role. There is no salary or retainer. You will work remotely, managing your own pipeline, and closing opportunities with converters, fleets, classic car specialists, and OEM-adjacent customers.
What You'll Be Selling:
Automotive safety belts and restraint systems. Retrofit and specialist applications. Safety-critical, compliance-led products. What You'll Do:
Identify and engage B2B prospects. Run discovery and qualification calls. Present solutions clearly and credibly. Progress deals through to close. Log activity and pipeline in CRM. You will own your deals end-to-end. Compensation: 8% commission on net revenue collected. 10% commission once £50,000 closed. 12% commission once £100,000+ closed. Paid only after client payment clears. Uncapped. Performance only. Who This Is For:
