- Drive process development and goal setting for US Sales and Business Units, ensuring collaboration across the winery
- Lead the design and execution of sales strategies and annual planning processes, including product launches
- Oversee sales allocation processes and business intelligence activities, ensuring alignment with compliance standards
- Collaborate with senior leaders and represent the company with key partners and industry stakeholders
- Foster strong cross‑functional relationships to maximize sales and optimize costs
- Master’s degree plus 6 years of winery sales or distributor management experience, including supervisory experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience; OR High school diploma plus 12 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of winery sales network and the alcohol beverage industry
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time for meetings and events
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of winery sales or distributor sales experience, including a prior director‑level role; OR Master’s degree plus 8 years of similar experience
- Gallo Sales/Distributor management experience;
Certified Specialist of Wine and Certified Specialist of Spirits certification - Skilled in statistical analysis, problem‑solving, and negotiation
- Experience in staffing and leading teams in a dynamic environment
