We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take our business to the next level. You’ll spearhead revenue growth, build lasting partnerships, and turn opportunity into impact. You'll inherit a solid base of top‑tier clients and a respected brand – and now it’s time to grow.
JobKey Responsibilities
- Business Development:
Drive the regional sales pipeline in achieving revenue targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. - Identify new opportunities and convert leads into long‑term customers.
- Research and map the market, pinpointing high‑potential accounts, and create smart go‑to‑market plans.
- Provide guidance and support to the wider sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing and product to shape a sales strategy that wins.
- Deliver ROI fast: achieve Net Revenue Targets taking into consideration market opportunity/size and ROI.
- Secure a Salary (Annual) / Revenue multiple of X3 within Q1, and X10 within the first year.
- Commission structure is uncapped and designed to reward over‑performance – we expect you to chase it.
- Account Management:
Manage and expand our key account portfolio – deepen trust, increase adoption and customer satisfaction. - Become the go‑to partner for clients – with deep understanding of their needs and challenges and help to solve their problems with tailored solutions.
- Ensure flawless onboarding and implementation in partnership with our delivery teams.
- Be the voice of the customer internally – influencing product evolution and support.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in tech or digital marketing services & tools.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its dynamics in the GCC region.
- Strong persuader, strategic, and driven by numbers – a closer.
- Experience managing key accounts and growing client relationships.
- Team player who can lead, inspire, and collaborate across functions.
- Willingness to travel across the region when needed.
- Previously scaled sales for digital marketing services & tools in the region.
- Fluency in Arabic or strong cultural fluency across GCC markets.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, startup‑style environments.
- Experience selling to OEMs, distributors, or large dealer groups.
