Job Type: Full Time - Hybrid or Remote Opportunity
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 Base Salary plus Commissions, Bonuses, and Incentives.

A successful Desjardins Agent is looking for an experienced and motivated Experienced Life Insurance Advisor, External Sales to join a high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales driven professional who enjoys building relationships, providing valuable financial protection solutions, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You Will Do

• Generate and develop new leads while building strong relationships within the community.
• Schedule client meetings to identify needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly service to clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
• Collaborate with the Agent and Manager to achieve sales and marketing goals.
• Deliver a professional and memorable client experience that builds long term relationships.

What We Are Looking For

• Sales experience in outside sales, retail sales, or life insurance sales.
• A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• A passion for helping clients and providing outstanding customer service.
• A positive attitude and desire to contribute to a supportive and winning team culture.
• LLQP Life Insurance License is preferred or the ability to obtain one.
• Post secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
