Base pay range

Up to £110,000 base salary + 100% OTE (Uncapped)

With a mission to open up investing and transform a traditionally outdated industry, they’re growing fast and looking for ambitious sales talent to help lead the charge.

We are looking for FOUR Enterprise Account Execs to join their business and help scale out the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and close complex, high‑value deals with banks, wealth managers, and fintechs
  • Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles: navigating compliance, procurement, and senior stakeholders
  • Shape go‑to‑market strategy for new products, segments, and growth initiatives
  • Partner cross‑functionally with product and marketing to drive pipeline and influence roadmap
  • Act as a trusted advisor, positioning this company as a long‑term partner to major financial institutions
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Need
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS financial technology sales (multi‑stakeholder, complex deals)
  • 4+ years sales experience in fintech, wealth/investment platforms or financial infrastructure (ideally Open Banking experience)
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory environments
  • Commercial mindset with consultative selling skills - established industry relationships is a bonus!
  • High resilience, self‑starter attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
