Base pay rangeUp to £110,000 base salary + 100% OTE (Uncapped)

We are looking for FOUR Enterprise Account Execs to join their business and help scale out the business.
- Own and close complex, high‑value deals with banks, wealth managers, and fintechs
- Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles: navigating compliance, procurement, and senior stakeholders
- Shape go‑to‑market strategy for new products, segments, and growth initiatives
- Partner cross‑functionally with product and marketing to drive pipeline and influence roadmap
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning this company as a long‑term partner to major financial institutions
- 💰 Up to £110,000 base salary + 100% OTE (Uncapped)

- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS financial technology sales (multi‑stakeholder, complex deals)
- 4+ years sales experience in fintech, wealth/investment platforms or financial infrastructure (ideally Open Banking experience)
- Strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem and regulatory environments
- Commercial mindset with consultative selling skills - established industry relationships is a bonus!
- High resilience, self‑starter attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
