We are a small but growing team focused on scaling our platform and partnerships, and we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead growth initiatives.
What you’ll be doing- Drive new business growth with outbound activity, while collaborating with SDR, partnership, and marketing teams to refine target accounts
- Target thoughtful accounts and articulate the benefits of Remo First, engaging with internal teams to refine the target account profile
- Present demos and take a consultative approach to illustrate Remo First benefits for prospects
- Close accounts at a high velocity
- Track and report progress using the company CRM
- Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on the sales process and sales tech stack
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales role
- Experience selling HR or Fin Tech software is a strong plus; EOR experience is a bigger plus
- Consultative selling experience
- Proven track record of quota attainment, handling complex deals, and exceeding KPIs
- Experience working in a fully remote environment
- Excellent English is a must
- Clear communication and strategic thinking to collaborate with colleagues globally
- Strong time management and ability to structure your workday
- Collaborative mindset and openness to diverse perspectives
- Independence and initiative to solve problems and seek help as needed
- Empathy and strong people skills to engage with multiple audiences
