Director, Services Sales – North America

• Drive and achieve quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
• Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
• Collaborate with field sales leaders to integrate services into go-to-market strategies
• Coach sales teams on effective service sales strategies and engagement techniques
• Maintain oversight of services pipeline health and implement corrective action plans for underperforming segments

• Minimum of 10 years of IT services sales experience, specifically in Professional Services or Managed Services
• Proven success in selling services through a channel or distribution model
  
  Strong track record of meeting quota and margin targets
• Experience in driving services attachment to technology transactions
• Demonstrated executive presence and credibility in the field

• Experience leading in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for sales teams
• Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Security solutions
