What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own and deliver quarterly and annual services revenue and gross profit targets
  • Increase attach rates of services to hardware, software, cloud, and AI transactions
  • Partner with field sales leaders to integrate services into major go-to-market motions
  • Equip sales teams with repeatable services sales strategies and coaching
  • Maintain visibility into services pipeline health and execute corrective action plans as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years of IT services sales experience required
  • Proven success selling services through a channel or distribution model
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and margin targets
  • Experience in driving services attachment to technology transactions
  • Strong executive presence and credibility in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience leading teams in fast-moving and evolving environments
  • Background in Professional Services or Managed Services
