Inside Sales Representative; remote

• Research and compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads
• Maintain knowledge of company product lines and sales processes
• Make outbound calls to qualify leads and sell products while addressing customer objections
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, including professional landscape contractors and government agencies
• Track and report weekly account activity and sales performance metrics

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in sales and/or customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the telephone
• Experience in cold calling potential prospects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales‑related mapping software, including Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to learn quickly about key competitors in outdoor power equipment

• Experience working with external web applications for tracking contractor activity and government bids
• Familiarity with outdoor power equipment and competitive landscape
