Position: Commission-Only B2B Software Sales Account Executive

Clickedin is looking for a high-performance commission-only sales rep to join our team. As a 1099 sales rep, we will generate the inbound leads and you will earn between 25-35% of what you sell, meaning top performers are making over six figures per year.

Here are the responsibilities of the Sales Representative role:
  • Run effective inbound demo calls with prospects.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify good-fit clients and convert them to clients.
  • Follow a proven sales processes to create an incredible experience for buyers.
  • Manage sales CRM and proactively move deals forward.
  • Provide timely feedback to the marketing department around continually improving the quality of leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance standards.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Ability to speak with potential customers to understand their pain points and priorities.
  • Bring value to everyone you speak with.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for software and technology.
  • Extremely comfortable engaging with driven entrepreneurs – Delivering value and ensuring prospects are a great fit.
Experience and Qualifications
  • B2B Sales Experience Preferred.
  • Experience with “soft skills”.
  • U.S. / Canadian time zones required.
  • Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills are mandatory.
  • Experienced with online tools (ie: Google Docs, Sheets, Once Hub, Zoom, Calendly, Pipe Drive).
