- Actively engage in lead generation activities, including outbound prospecting and campaign execution
- Integrate Salesforce Sales Engagement Module for omnichannel marketing efforts
- Develop and refine outreach materials to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve revenue goals
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation in a B2B environment
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus
- Proven track record of success in driving lead generation campaigns with measurable results
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Engagement Module and other lead generation tools
- Experience leading a team with measurable results
- Willingness to work in multiple time zones
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Residence in Eastern or Central time zone strongly preferred
