- Manage client accounts to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Fulfill a quota responsibility of over $500,000 in contract value within a designated territory
- Maintain forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic insights and support
- 6 – 10 years of external B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consultative sales success
- Proficiency in account planning and an understanding of territory management
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level and senior-level executives
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in building beneficial and strategic client relationships
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of the full sales process from prospecting to closing
