Remote Outbound Sales Specialist

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage program enrollment
• Drive success in a high-volume sales environment while meeting daily production and monthly quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Actively participate as a team member in a remote environment, including training sessions
• Navigate scripts effectively while managing multiple platforms simultaneously

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Strong sales-oriented focus with a commitment to customer service satisfaction

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
