- Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
- Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.
- Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward can earn up to $85k+.
Position:
Inside Sales Representative (Inbound Remote), location-based in Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, match correct coverages/products/benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
- A Passionate Seller: skillfully use sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident policyholders.
- A Front Lines Liaison: represent Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, connect customers to the right products.
- A Reliable Teammate: adapt well to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of policyholders.
- A Customer-Centric Closer: sincerely care that customers get quality products and services.
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. If you do not have a Property & Casualty license, paid training includes licensing.
Schedule:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (Example 11am‑8pm CST) for at least 12 months. Equipment: all provided. Work at home requirements: professional workspace/room with dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). No satellite or mobile internet.
- Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
