Our team is partnering with a fast-growing automotive solutions company to hire a results-driven Sales Director to drive national expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to own new business growth, build dealership partnerships, and represent premium vehicle protection solutions across the U.S.

Our client is a respected partner to automotive dealerships, agents, and warranty administrators, delivering vehicle protection programs and sales solutions designed to increase revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and improve dealership performance. Their product portfolio blends protection, performance, and customization, supported by hands‑on training, marketing support, and operational expertise.
This role is ideal for a hunter‑minded sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building new partnerships, and closing business in a highly autonomous environment.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIn this national, field‑based role, you will focus primarily on new dealership acquisition while supporting overall territory growth.
Your week will typically include:
- Prospecting and pursuing new dealership partnerships across national markets
- Educating dealership teams on product offerings and value propositions
- Delivering training and onboarding support to ensure strong program adoption
- Preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and closing new business
- Building relationships with dealership leadership and decision‑makers
- Collaborating with sales leadership on expansion strategy and market prioritization
- Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and merchandising placement
- Reporting activity through CRM and participating in strategy and production meetings
- 3+ years of territory, field, or outside sales experience
- Willingness to travel, including daily driving and approximately one overnight per week
- Experience with cold outreach, prospecting, or proactive sales tactics
- High activity, hunter‑style mindset with strong closing ability
- Self‑driven professional comfortable operating in an autonomous role
- Remote / work from home
- Travel required across national markets
- Preference for candidates based in New Jersey or New York
