We are seeking motivated sales development representatives to generate interest, qualify prospective leads, and build a pipeline for our sales organization.

In this role
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and decision-making authority
  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate activity, lead status, and pipeline data in CRM tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals
  • Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions
We are looking for
  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales is a plus but not required
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales
  • Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
