Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive based in Lehi, UT, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Account Executive will focus on building relationships with clients, generating new leads, and nurturing existing accounts to drive customer success and growth. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, identifying potential business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Account Management
  • Experience in Communication, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Self-motivated with excellent Organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for customer success
  • Familiarity with local business operations, marketing techniques, or experience in SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
