We are seeking two high-performing Business Development & Sales Managers—for the East Coast/West Coast—to drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic nutraceutical market. The ideal candidate is results-driven, adaptable, and passionate about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales accounts for Natural Remedies branded ingredients.
- Drive new account prospecting, acquisition, and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and national accounts.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and project coordination.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Own account relationships and implement strategic business plans.
- Negotiate commercial terms, programs, and agreements.
- Act as a brand ambassador and product expert.
- Execute sales strategies, priorities, and brand principles.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 10 to 14 years of sales experience in nutraceuticals, botanicals, food supplements and functional foods.
- Experience in nutraceutical ingredient and branded ingredient sales.
- Established network within the nutraceutical industry.
- Having an excellent connect/relationship with key Nutra customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and value-based selling.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Full time role with competitive salary and generous commission structure.
- Remote position; candidates must be based on the East Coast or West Coast.
- Willingness to travel for at least 2 weeks in a month for customer meetings and trade shows.
