West Coast Sales Manager

Hit Trax is seeking a West Coast Sales Manager to continue growth and Hit Trax adoption in the baseball market. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, and support through system installation and launch. You will work directly with training academies, high schools, colleges, as well as with professional teams and other enterprise organizations. This position offers a high level of visibility, direct customer impact, and the opportunity to work hands‑on with cutting‑edge sports technology in a growing market with strong demand.

Please note that this is a Seattle-based on‑site position, with a fair amount of travel required.

• Sell Hit Trax systems to academies, schools, colleges, and professional organizations
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, and closing
• Support customers through installation, onboarding, and go‑live
• Coordinate with internal teams on logistics, scheduling, and system setup
• Build long‑term relationships with coaches, directors, and ownership groups
• Travel to customer sites, events, and industry showcases, as needed

• Comfortable working with business owners, coaches, athletic directors, and operations teams
• This individual should be a self‑starter with strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Baseball background is a big plus
• $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
• 401(k) contribution
• Paid Travel Expenses
