Part-Time Remote Medical Sales Cold-Calling Representative
We are seeking a highly driven Remote Medical Sales Cold-Calling Representative to generate new leads, introduce an expanding portfolio of innovative medical products to surgeons and secure meetings between surgeons and field medical sales reps.
This is a remote position that pays $20 hourly for approximately 10-20 hours weekly. Ideal for individuals with a strong clinical background who are confident initiating conversations, building interest quickly, creating new sales opportunities and tracking information in a Google Sheets/Excel-type grid.
🩺 About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to surgeons and medical offices during PST business hours weekdays.
- Introduce and position our portfolio of surgical products via phone and Zoom.
- Secure product presentations and follow-up meetings with our field sales representatives.
- Track outreach activity and consistently follow up to drive conversions.
* Potential to grow into larger remote medical sales position where you are actually leading the pitch to surgeons, not just cold calling to land meetings for the field sales reps to pitch to surgeons.
We’re looking for someone who brings confidence on the phone, including:
- A strong medical/clinical background (nursing, OR experience, surgical tech, clinical roles, etc.).
- Comfort with cold outreach and initiating conversations with surgeons.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex medical products.
- High intelligence, professionalism, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be savvy and detailed tracking information in grid without errors.
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment.
