Cozmos.io is a crypto-native marketplace connecting brands with verified crypto creators for paid promotions. The platform handles everything: discovery, deal management, escrow payments, and dispute resolution. We're building the go-to infrastructure for crypto influencer marketing and we're growing fast.
OpportunityWe're recruiting 10-15 independent Business Development Affiliates to help onboard crypto brands onto the Cozmos platform. This is a commission-based affiliate role. No base salary, no set hours. You eat what you kill.
You'll earn 2.5% commission on every deal completed by the brands you bring in, for the first 12 months after they sign up through your unique referral link or code. Payouts are monthly, in crypto (BTC, ETH, or USDC).
No cap on earnings.
The more brands you bring, the more you make.
Commissions compound as your brands keep doing deals.
What You'll Do- Identify and reach out to crypto brands (exchanges, wallets, protocols, tools, projects)
- Pitch Cozmos as their platform for creator marketing campaigns
- Track your signups and commissions through your personal affiliate dashboard
- Join a 1-hour training call to learn proven onboarding strategies
- Attend bi-weekly team calls (every other week) to share progress and insights
- 2.5% recurring commission for 12 months per brand onboarded
- Monthly payouts in crypto (BTC/ETH/USDC, $50 minimum)
- Your own affiliate dashboard to track signups and earnings
- Sales materials and pitch resources provided
- Full flexibility. Work from anywhere, on your own schedule
- Crypto-native. You live in this space, not just passing through.
- Connected. You know people at crypto projects, exchanges, or marketing teams.
- Sales-driven. You've closed deals before, whether in crypto, SaaS, or any B2B environment.
- Self-motivated. No one's going to manage your calendar. You set your own pace.li>
- English-speaking (multilingual is a plus)
- Hungry. This role rewards effort directly. No politics, no waiting for a raise.
