We’re now looking for a driven and social Cold Outreach Representative who loves connecting with people and opening new business opportunities.

This role is fully commission-based and gives you total flexibility. Perfect for students or anyone who wants a flexible side role with uncapped earning potential.

• Identify and research relevant companies in Sweden
• Execute cold outreach via phone & email, DMs, Linked In
• Create interest and book qualified meetings for our AI team
• Track leads and follow up consistently
• Represent INITI AI professionally in all communications
• Close leads

• Outgoing, social, and confident
• Strong communication skills in Swedish
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses
• Interested in AI, tech, or digital services (not required, but a plus)
• Thrives with freedom, responsibility, and flexible work hours
