What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop new customers and grow existing customer market share in maintenance, repair, and aftermarket parts
  • Maintain effective working relationships with distributor principals to promote the employer’s products
  • Complete monthly reports on territory development and performance
  • Prepare timely reports and document important meetings with distributors/customers
  • Analyze customer purchases and redirect through the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar industry (parts & service)
  • Willing and able to travel 80% of the time (Monday-Thursday remote office on Fridays)
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze pricing strategies and profitability drivers
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting construction or access equipment markets
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a distributor-based or manufacturer direct sales model
  • Experience managing multi-state territories with high travel requirements
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior‑level decision makers
  • Knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and service operations
