This is a full-time Licensed Sales Assistant role based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office and remote work. The role involves supporting the sales team, assisting clients throughout the mortgage process, and maintaining timely communication with customers and internal teams. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions as needed, and helping to manage sales operations effectively.

• Must be Licensed in Florida
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management tasks, including assisting with client acquisition and supporting the sales team.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure smooth operations within the sales process.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed as required by applicable state regulations, and familiarity with mortgage and finance industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software is advantageous.
