Compensation: Hourly pay + commission + bonuses, with strong earning potential

About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven, proactive individual to join our expanding sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is all about initiating conversations, staying organized, and managing your workflow with confidence. You’ll build and manage a strong sales pipeline through self‑sourced outreach and close collaboration with the Director of Business Development. This includes making introductions, scheduling demos, and leading thoughtful, customer‑first outreach campaigns that directly fuel Synkwise’s expansion.

This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible hours, enjoys talking to people, and thrives in a startup environment where ideas are welcomed and initiative is rewarded. You can work from anywhere, and no relocation is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls to leads across various U.S. territories using provided lead lists
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Learn to navigate and respond to inbound opportunities, including warm leads, referrals, and partner‑generated interest
  • Support the development of relationships with companies in new verticals beyond healthcare, helping expand Synkwise’s reach into emerging markets
  • Assist in identifying and nurturing pharmacy partnership opportunities, including independent pharmacies, regional networks, and specialty providers
  • Meet basic weekly activity and meeting quotas
  • Build and maintain a personal pipeline of opportunities
  • Earn commission and bonuses tied to qualified meetings and closed deals
  • Collaborate directly with the Director of Business Development
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching
  • Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Potentially participate in on‑site conferences and industry events to support outreach, networking, and brand visibility
